ASUS just debuted another Chrome OS device, the Chromebook C425, that makes use of an Intel Core m3 CPU. It’s basically a clamshell version of the Chromebook Flip C434, introduced earlier this year.
The newcomer starts at $500 on Amazon and it comes sans touchscreen or 360 degree hinge, which the flippable version had. It’s a rather compact offering, at 2.9 pounds and it brings a 14 inch Full HD display with narrow bezels. There’s also 8 GB of RAM on board, 64 GB of eMMC storage and an Intel Core m3-8100Y processor.
