The unannounced HTC Bolt that we saw in September is expected to be released sometime later this month in the US, and it looks like it will become HTC’s first handset to run Android Nougat out of the box (the Google Pixel and Pixel XL don’t count, because they’re not HTC-branded).
According to HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR, the Bolt will run Android Nougat with Sense 8 UI (the same Sense version that can be found on the HTC 10, though this one is still running Android Marshmallow). Reportedly, the Bolt is codenamed HTC Acadia, and isn’t a US-exclusive device: Europe, Asia and Africa should get it, too.
