Great news for owners of the original Razer Phone, as the company behind the gaming smartphone, is now rolling out the promised Android 9.0 Pie update. It’s been about a month since Razer confirmed that its first-ever smartphone will be updated to Android 9.0 Pie and while it didn’t offer an exact timeframe, it did say that the update is coming “soon.”
Well, it looks like that time has come, at least according to some Razer Phone owners who successfully captured the update. AndroidPolice reports the update weighs about 1GB and, as seen in the screenshot attached, includes a handful of other improvements.
