On Wednesday, VMware made its latest move to continue the build out of its multi-cloud and security story with the acquisition announcement of cloud configuration and management startup, CloudCoreo, a small Seattle-based company founded in July of 2016 with less than a dozen employees on hand. With the addition of CloudCoreo into the mix, VMware customers should get a better understanding of risks in the cloud and gain additional capabilities of securing disparate environments.
