Motorola has started a promotional campaign called #SkiptheSevens. The Lenovo unit is telling smartphone buyers to stay away from all of those high profile smartphones that have the number seven in their name. That would include the Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Apple iPhone 7 and the Apple iPhone 7 Plus.
As part of the campaign, Motorola filmed a focus group it held with Apple “loyalists” on September 12th to discuss the just unveiled iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The group saw nothing new in the 2016 iPhone models with one exception being the dual cameras on the back of the iPhone 7 Plus.
