Built on a refined 4nm process, the Dimensity 8350 succeeds its predecessor, the Dimensity 8300, with a keen focus on gamers. This new SoC incorporates MediaTek’s updated StarSpeed Engine, which promises substantial improvements in gaming performance while maintaining up to 24% power savings during high-frame gaming scenarios. Additionally, it offers a 10% reduction in power consumption during regular use, ensuring seamless gameplay with faster scene transitions and minimal jitter.
The Dimensity 8350 retains an eight-core CPU architecture, featuring a prime Cortex-A715 core clocking at 3.35GHz, complemented by three additional Cortex-A715 cores and four Cortex-A510 cores. The Mali-G615 MC6 GPU, included with this chip, is tailored for mid-range graphics performance. Its broad hardware support extends to quad-channel LPDDR5X RAM, achieving up to 8533Mbps, and UFS 4.0 storage, ensuring rapid data access and high efficiency. Display capabilities span from a robust 120Hz on WQHD+ panels to an even more impressive 180Hz on Full HD+ panels, catering to demanding visual requirements.
