Bangalore, a central node for digital marketing opportunities, stands out for offering the most competitive compensation packages. The report indicates that 28% of roles here provide higher Cost to Company (CTC) figures. Cities like Chennai and Noida, though smaller in overall market size, also offer premium pay, especially for candidates with niche skills. These findings suggest that aspiring digital marketers might consider these cities not only for the volume of opportunities but also for the financial benefits they offer. The report also highlights a variety of hiring models, with most roles adopting either in-office or hybrid work arrangements. A mere 7% of positions are fully remote, signifying a clear preference for environments that foster collaboration and on-the-spot problem-solving.
